Lesley Bridge and Richard Westmoreland

Lesley and Richard are a local Kensington couple with a young child of their own and a passionate desire to provide quality childcare where children feel secure and nurtured and their potential can be discovered and developed. Lesley holds a Diploma in Early Childhood and Care from Randwick Tafe, she also has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology.  

Lesley was previously an executive running a marketing team in a large multi-national corporation. Among Lesley’s many strengths is an ability to build strong and happy teams. Her happiness, energy and enthusiasm are contagious. 

Richard is a partner in a national law firm and shares Lesley’s passion for children and the critical importance of early education and quality childcare. He is caring, thorough and a perfectionist who will settle for nothing less than the highest standards in all aspects of Kensington Castle.
